Park “The Beast” Kang-Dae is a South Korean General in the Asia-Pacific Alliance who specialises in heavy vehicles and armoured warfare.

Born into a modest South Korean family, Park grew up in an environment where discipline and hard work were of paramount importance.

From a very early age, he developed a passion for vehicles and heavy machinery, developing a particular fascination with their mechanical power.

This attraction naturally steered him towards a military career, where his abilities gradually enabled him to distinguish himself within the armoured forces.

Park forged a reputation as a particularly aggressive and determined Commander, preferring to confront the enemy head-on rather than resort to complex tactics.

His temperament and his brutal style of conducting operations eventually earned him the nickname ‘The Beast’.

Having risen to the rank of general in the Asia-Pacific Alliance, he developed a doctrine entirely centred on the superiority of tanks and heavy vehicles.

Unlike generals such as Zhu ‘Blackjack’ Guozhi, who favour deception and infiltration, Park believes that the best way to win is to engage the enemy head-on with superior firepower.

His forces were notably equipped with Warlord and Overlord tanks, which formed the core of his armoured formations.

His arsenal also included Lynx, Mantis and other support vehicles, providing his tank columns with protection against various types of threats.

Park’s philosophy is thus based on resilience, firepower and the massive deployment of armoured vehicles, making him the modern-day equivalent of Ta Hun Kwai amongst the APA’s generals.

His units are designed to withstand enemy fire whilst continuing their advance, until they can overwhelm enemy defences through brute force.

This specialisation makes ‘The Beast’ one of the generals best suited to direct engagements and prolonged mechanised offensives.

Park ‘The Beast’ Kang-Dae was thus intended to embody the armoured might of the Asia-Pacific Alliance: an aggressive Commander for whom a sufficiently robust and heavily armed army can simply advance until there is nothing left in its path.
