Status: Alive following his evacuation.Delphi is the codename of a GDI agent who went undercover within the Brotherhood of Nod during the First Tiberium War. Operating in Greece towards the end of the conflict, he managed to gather particularly important intelligence on Kane, his movements and the biological experiments conducted by Nod using Tiberium.

Greece had initially supported the GDI before becoming neutral, and then falling under the influence of the Brotherhood of Nod. This situation enabled the GDI to infiltrate several agents into Nod’s local networks, including Delphi.

His mission consisted primarily of monitoring Kane’s scientific activities. In particular, he discovers the existence of a biochemical research centre where Nod is experimenting with Tiberium on human test subjects.

Delphi also obtains intelligence on Kane’s movements, notably the routes and timings of a secret convoy heading for Bosnia. This information could enable the GDI to trace the Brotherhood’s leader directly.

Cover Compromised

Just as he is about to relay his findings, Delphi suddenly ceases all communication with the GDI.

His cover has been blown and Nod begins searching for him. The agent nevertheless manages to evade the first teams sent in pursuit and finds refuge in a village near Corinth.

General Mark Jamison Sheppard immediately realises the importance of this intelligence. A military operation is organised to locate Delphi before Nod can eliminate him.

Rescue Operation

GDI forces land on the Greek coast and must fight their way through Nod’s defensive positions to reach the village where Delphi is hiding.

The Brotherhood has established a major base between the landing zone and her position, forcing the GDI to launch a full-scale offensive to clear a path. Once the enemy defences have been neutralised, the Soldiers manage to reach Delphi.

A Chinook Transport helicopter is then dispatched to retrieve the agent, who is evacuated before Nod can capture or assassinate her.

The Hunt for Kane

The intelligence obtained by Delphi proves decisive for the rest of the war.

It directs the GDI towards Nod’s biochemical research centre located in Niš, Yugoslavia, where Kane is reported to have been sighted. GDI forces are then ordered to completely destroy the facility.

Kane, however, had already left the premises before the GDI arrived.

The operation nevertheless enables the pursuit of the Brotherhood of Nod into Bosnia and ultimately helps lead the GDI to the Temple of Nod in Sarajevo, where the war’s final battle takes place.

The intelligence gathered by Delphi on the forces present in Greece also facilitated the GDI’s counter-offensive, which succeeded in driving Nod out of the country.
