James Seabury

Actor: Julian Stone

Affiliation: BNN*Occupation:* Journalist / war correspondent*Role:* Presenter covering the US campaign James Seabury is a journalist for the American channel BNN and one of the leading correspondents covering the war fought by the United States against the GLA.

During the events of Command & Conquer: Generals – Zero Hour, he follows US military operations and regularly reports to keep the public informed of developments in the conflict.

In particular, he covers the threat posed by the Baikonur Cosmodrome, which the GLA is using to launch missiles equipped with weapons of mass destruction against Western forces.

Seabury then reports on US operations in Somalia, where the navy intervenes to protect the delivery of humanitarian aid threatened by the GLA.

He also tracks the covert operations carried out against the organisation’s research facilities, as well as the progress of US intelligence regarding its chemical weapons programme.

When the United States identifies Dr Thrax as the person responsible for this programme, Seabury announces that the warlord is wanted for war crimes and that his research is funded by clandestine oil revenues.

He then reports on the US offensive against the Iranian oil fields controlled by the GLA, aimed at cutting off funding for Thrax’s research.

During the final assault, Seabury is on the ground and reports that Thrax is threatening to launch several missiles loaded with Anthrax Gamma at his enemies.

Despite the fighting and transmission difficulties, he continues his report whilst US forces encircle the General’s compound.

Following the destruction of Thrax’s arsenal, Seabury announces the United States’ victory and portrays the GLA as an organisation now deprived of most of its offensive capability.

He concludes his final report by referring to the return of US troops and the hope for a lasting peace.

James Seabury thus becomes the media face of the American ** Zero Hour ** campaign, in the same way that Sun Meiying represents the Chinese perspective and Omar Bin Ghazali that of the GLA.
