The Dakota Detention Centre

The Dakota Detention Centre is a high-security VIP complex. Situated in the jungle of Guam, in the Pacific Ocean, it uses cryogenics technology from FutureTech Corp. to keep its prisoners in Stasis Chambers. Senior Soviet officials have been held within its walls, such as Premier Cherdenko and General Krukov, as well as Yuriko Omega and Soldiers captured on the battlefield.

The Detention Centre was completely devastated by Yuriko’s escape.
