Console Version

The Xbox 360 version of Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars includes:
a single-player mode with all three campaigns; however, you must unlock the GDI campaign before you can play the Nod campaign.
a skirmish mode with around twenty maps where you can play against three AI opponents.
an Xbox Live mode with five game modes for up to four players: these include the classic Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Zone Control (holding a zone in the centre of the map for as long as possible), Capture and Zone Control (hold an area for as long as possible; there are several areas on the map) and, finally, Siege (destroy the opponent, bearing in mind that the bases are separated for a time by an impassable wall).
The option to use a webcam in multiplayer.
Gameplay:
A well-designed interface that uses the right trigger to open a menu and the left trigger to select all units on the screen. The menu allows you, amongst other things, to construct buildings or activate ‘Powers’, such as an air strike. Although the controller is less precise than a keyboard and mouse, this version of Command & Conquer 3 offers perfectly respectable gameplay on console. It’s a shame, however, that it’s so difficult to select certain units on screen without accidentally selecting just one, or all of them, which can cause a few problems.

Xbox LIVE Marketplace
You can use your points to buy C&C3 themes on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, as well as maps and Avatar Warmechs.
Maps:
First of all, the publisher is offering a free multiplayer map. Called Ground Zero, it is set near a meteorite crater and can be played in both skirmish mode and one-on-one duels. C&C: Arena fans, meanwhile, should appreciate the arrival of a map pack containing no fewer than five new arenas. These can be played in one-on-one, two-on-two and skirmish modes. And to help you get to know them better, a free video is also available, in which the developers share their tips on how to master these maps.
