With over 23 million units sold worldwide to date, the CnC franchise has defined the real-time strategy (RTS) genre with cutting-edge visuals, epic storylines and complex, richly detailed missions. The series has evolved over a decade, spawned over a dozen titles, and continues to be the benchmark against which all RTS games are measured. With its explosive style of warfare, the CnC franchise has expanded over the years to encompass multiple fictional genres, including the science fiction Tiberium universe, the revisionist history of the Red Alert™ universe, and a take on modern warfare with Command and Conquer™ Generals.

“Command and Conquer: The First Decade offers RTS gamers a way to relive the history of CnC, and I’m thrilled to see this collection available in a single package,” said Louis Castle, VP of Creative Development at EALA. “It seems like only yesterday that we were all pleasantly surprised by the way the gaming community wanted to play this new type of strategy game.”

The Command and Conquer: The First Decade bonus DVD will feature half a dozen exclusive video features, including an interview with Louis Castle, who is also co-founder of Westwood Studios, the creator of the CnC franchise. As a special bonus, CnC fans also have the opportunity to be featured on the exclusive DVD. The search is currently underway to find the world’s biggest CnC fan who can showcase and prove their unwavering devotion to the CnC series via a video submission. Are you the biggest Command and Conquer™ fan?

Prove it! The producers of Command and Conquer (CnC) want you to create an original video showing your CnC pride

This is your ONE chance to make your mark on CnC history. All it takes is passion, a touch of humour, and a 3-minute video showcasing why YOU are the biggest CnC fan in the world!

Over the past 10 years, you’ve seen iconic characters such as Tanya, Kane, Yuri, Alexander Romanov, CABAL, President Michael Dugan, Albert Einstein and more come to life in the vast CnC universe. These memorable characters defined a classic cinematic era in video game history that hardcore CnC fans will never forget. Now is your chance to become part of CnC history by showing us why YOU are one of the biggest Command & Conquer fans ever.

We’re looking for you to submit the most entertaining, laugh-out-loud videos proving your undying devotion to CnC. Perhaps it’s you dressed as Kane, re-enacting your favourite cutscene from the game… Perhaps it’s you showing us your fancy website… Or maybe the life-size GDI tank you built in your garage… Or perhaps it’s a memorable match that changed your life. It’s up to you, but we want your very best.

We’re also looking for any photos or fan art you’ve created. This could be of you at the top of the Swiss Alps holding a CnC Gold box… Or a drawing of Tanya (rated Teen, please)… Anything to get our blood pumping with CnC.

Whatever you submit, make it your best! We’ve got something BIG planned, so be sure to check out www.CommandAndConquer.ea.com on 3 November.
