The Story

It was a routine operation for Captain Nick “Havoc” Parker, a veteran GDI Commando: infiltrate the NOD base, cut the power with C-4, gather some intelligence and call in the Orca Bombers to raze what remained of the building.

The mission went off without a hitch, except that Havoc obtained more intelligence than he’d asked for. The files he downloaded from NOD’s central computer reveal a disturbing plan. General Gideon Raveshaw, Kane’s right-hand man, has kidnapped three key GDI Seakers and is using their knowledge of Tiberium for the mysterious ‘Project Re-Genesis’.

The Mystery

You, Havoc, a GDI agent, must stop Raveshaw and free the GDI scientists: Dr Ignatio Mobius, his daughter Sydney, and Dr Elena Petrova. Raveshaw, one of NOD’s most senior officials, will be the most relentless opponent you have ever faced. In fact, he is almost as cunning and brutal as his personal bodyguard, Sakura Obata. Does that name ring a bell? It should. Sakura Obata fought alongside you when you were part of the Dead-6 Commando unit.

You’ll crawl across battlefields, take out NOD’s mini-gunners, drive their vehicles and infiltrate NOD’s sprawling bases. And if everything goes to plan, those bases will go up in smoke. All in a single day, Commando Havoc. It’s time to take action.

C&C: Renegade Mode

C&C: Renegade mode, or “C&C Mode”, is a multiplayer mode in which two teams of players – GDI versus NOD – attempt to destroy the opposing side’s base. Each base operates in the same way as a standard Command & Conquer base: harvesters collect Tiberium and transport it to the Tiberium Refinery for processing, Power Plants supply energy to other structures in the base, and so on… Whilst playing, you can ‘purchase’ different types of units (Engineer, Rocket Soldier, etc.) and vehicles (tank, Buggy, etc.) using credits earned based on the number of enemies you’ve killed or from the Tiberium you’ve processed in your Tiberium Refinery. To win, you must destroy all the buildings in your enemy’s base or place a game-ending weapon there (the Ion Cannon or the Nuclear Missile Strike).
