Southern Rising

Southern Rising is a mod designed to add two new factions to Red Alert 3. These factions are:

• The Forth. This secret army was formed on the moon, which had been colonised by Brazil, as the country felt oppressed by the anti-communist campaign waged by the Allies.
• The Singapore Liberation Militia. This militia is the leading resistance force against the three powerful blocs; although their technology is outdated, they can rely on their ingenuity.

In addition, the modders promise a campaign for each of the factions.
